Quotations

Everything an operator needs on one file. Routing and cargo, the parties involved, the milestone the shipment has reached, the tasks still open and the documents attached to it.
Financials
Receivables and payables are recorded as charges on the shipment as they happen. Expected profit and margin update with them, so nobody waits for month-end to find out how a file performed.
Billing
Finance works from a queue of shipments whose charges are complete. Invoices are generated from those charges, so there is no reconstructing a file from emails and spreadsheets before it can be billed.
Documents
A required-document checklist per shipment shows which freight documents are present, pending or missing. Bills of lading, invoices, packing lists and customs paperwork stay attached to the file, with who uploaded them and when.
Customer portal
Customers sign in to see their shipments, the current milestone and the documents you have shared. Portal users are unlimited on every plan.
